I am a NYS Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator located in Staten Island, NY. Before becoming a loan officer I worked in the Financial Accounting and Reporting Department of Chase Home Finance. I have worked in the Mortgage Industry since 1998. I am currently employed by Mortgage Links, Inc. a family run Mortgage Brokerage.

Coming from an accounting background I hate to see people spend money unecessarily. That is why when you get a mortgage with me, there is never an Application fee or any other junk fees.

This website has been created to help you understand the Mortgage process and the costs associated with getting a Mortgage in New York. It is also one of the only places to get a Mortgage Rate quote without having to provide your name and phone number. I do not want my borrowers to feel any sales pressure.
